EAT BREAKFAST

Be sure to eat breakfast everyday! Breakfast used to be my Kryptonite but I have gotten into the habit of eating it. It gets the metabolism jump started in the morning and you won't over eat at lunch because you won't be STARVING.

Clean Teeth

After you eat your dinner go immediately and brush your teeth and floss very well. You will do your teeth and gums good and be discouraged at the same time to eat anything else before bed time. emoticon

Dark chocolate and tummy massage

When I get hungry and it's not lunch or dinner time yet, I often eat a small piece of very dark chocolate (70% cacao !) which is easy to find here in Belgium.
To make sure my bowels work every day, I give myself a tummy massage in bed before I go to sleep, it really helps !

water retention

1 tbls of lemon juice in a glass of water the very first thing in the morning,before anything else, really helps you lose the water emoticon , and also drinking lots of water helps as well
