When I buy something Ive never bought before, when I bring it home or eat it I look to see if it's on the list of foods, if not, I enter the information. It helps me know how many calories, fat, protein and carbs I have left during the rest of the day.
Keep close a friend or family member who is at least as healthy or healthier than you, and another who is less healthy than you. Be supportive / receptive to both.
