At night while I'm watching TV, instead of eating a snack I go brush my teeth. It really does curb the desire to eat again - especially when I know I'm not hungry.

Monthly Cravings

Each month when I go through my 'women' thing, I tend to have cravings for chips (salt) & chocolate (but it doesn't happen every month), so all I do is take a handful of M&M's to work & make it last for the day. And when I get home I eat a handful of tostito chips.

Red Flag Foods

I know certain foods that I cannot eat....because once I start I cannot stop eating them.....so I don't buy them....
ex: OREO'S....any type of cookie in fact....and left over pizza..!
