When things look bad and you are frustrated, upset, and just not feeling happy find what you can be thankful for. If your kid is crying and getting on your nerves be thankful you haver a kid to do that. How many people don't have one.
Since I've been on midnights when I'm at home on a leave day, it's hard for me to get to sleep, so what I do now is work out , take a shower, eat some bran flakes with Soy milk and go to bed. This helps me sleep and I've gotten an extra workout in.
