most people come home with some degree of stress @ the end of their day. I've found that it is just as important to destress from your day as it is to breathe. My way is to watch my aquarium for 20 minutes without any outside interference and spa music playing - very effective!
I think the key for me is being honest with myself about everything. Not just what I eat or how much water I drink or how much exercise I do, but also how much am I WILLING to do to change my life. In other words, walking my talk.
I have learned there are role players in my weight loss journey. There people who are "safe" to share the good and bad times in my weight loss journey. And there are the folks who have the role of telling me that I look like I have lost weight.
I have 64-oz and 32-oz bottles that I use for my daily water. It makes it so much easier to keep track of--and it dosn't seem like so much of a chore! I use flavoring packets like Crystal Light and BeneFiber to make the water more palatable.
