This rule goes for not only cravings but truly anything like reacting quickly to a boss, friend, etc. Give yourself 24 hours before doing anything you might regret. This applies to that must have food craving to over-reacting to your boss/spouse. This rule stops you from being impulsive.
I use bill pay. I divide each of my bills in half and pay them. This way the same amount is coming out of each check each month
when I have trouble getting to sleep I go on the computer and do my computer work for the next day. I don't like to toss and turn so its better to get rid of e-mail or do the points for spark people for that next day. That way I sleep in later the next day and feel rested.
If you have a hard time getting all your water in, buy a pretty reusable water bottle that you LOVE, and you'll always have it on your mind, or in your hand!
When you are eating and and you hear yourself saying, "I'm Full", stop eating. I noticed that I was hearing myself say those very words. In the past I would have just kept eating until I had eaten everything on my plate; today I didn't.
You can't change what you do not acknowledge
It's all about a bunch of little things--not one big thing. There is not one big solution, but several little ones. Their summation is the "one thing" that can help you find your way.
Listen to people when they speak. I found myself waiting to talk instead of really listening to what the person was saying. There is so much wisdom to be gained from the experiences of others if we just listen and apply it to our lives.
