Every morning whether warm or cold, I make myself a cup of coffee, sit out on the porch and chill. I'll log into Spark Coach. Pet the cat. Listen to the birds. Breathe in the fresh air. Start my day chilled. I spend as long as my morning cup of Joe. But ohhhhhh, the peace it brings to the rest of the day.
I drink cool water to keep hydrated, it tastes better cold too. Cold water also burns calories because your body needs to warm it in order to process it.
We're all different. For some people, weighing every day works best. For others, they only weigh once a month. Some people swear by working out first thing in the morning, while for others it works best in the evening. I do what works for me, not what other people tell me I should be doing.
For various goals in my life I always start with a "Vision Board" A sortof collage made up of photos, pictures (from magazines or elsewhere), key motivational images and words that pertain to the goals I will achieve.
