Call one from your address book every day. Take turns on whom to call. You'll be surprised at how many people's lives you may touch. Send a get well card to someone who never receives one. Call a local hospital and ask who doesn't get visitors or mail. Support your community!
I used to munch on foods when I was bored. Now I do other things that are healthy and make me feel good, like painting my nails, playing a little on my sax, singing while taking a nice shower just to lather on that amazing body soap! It's a great way to stop the munching!
