Usually I steer clear of Juices & Sodas----preferring to eat Fruit instead----but when my Sugar level drops I eat Dates and drink hot Milk.If I'm away from home and this is not possible ,I drink 300ml--500ml of any Sweet Soda like Coke or Fanta to bring it back to normal
I just wanted toshare this with my Diabetic Friends.
It's really true -- exercise, even just walking for 1/2 hour, really curbs your appetite. I get hungriest when I'm just sitting on my kazoo at night, watching tv. But when I got back from my walk this evening, I wasn't hungry at all. And exercise is so good for getting your BG down!
