If Sugar Level Drops

Usually I steer clear of Juices & Sodas----preferring to eat Fruit instead----but when my Sugar level drops I eat Dates and drink hot Milk.If I'm away from home and this is not possible ,I drink 300ml--500ml of any Sweet Soda like Coke or Fanta to bring it back to normal

Plant based diet

Eat more of a low GI plant based diet and reduce your intake of milk and other animal protiens and see what it does for you. I have more energy and way better blood glucose control.
