How do you stay motivated and find inspiration to stick with your program?
In the war between water and rock, water wins. This is an example of persistence. No matter what happens, if you keep trying and keep moving forward, you will win.
Find the things that bring you joy and make it your job to do at least one a day. Happiness is the greatest weight loss aid there is! When you are happy you tend to stay motivated to do whatever you wish to accomplish!
Supporting others only adds to your own success. Giving to others gives back to you tenfold.
"To find your strength, push past your comfort zone."
My children are my biggest motivator. I look it the energy that they have and it makes me continue to want to be healthier.

Never give up right before the miracle! I have noticed that when I want to give up the most...is usually right before the miracle breakthrough happens. Stay the course and watch for the breakthrough. It will happen!
Staying away from the funk food is the hardest for me to do.
Yesterday I enjoyed time with family and went above my daily calories- but the only way that is a bad choice is to continue today. Instead it's my choice and today I am choosing to be energized, focused & determined to continue on the journey to being healthy and fit.
I don't deny the importance of goals... but then it is tempting to say "I'll do better tomorrow". I used to be that person. Now when I slip, forget, or realize I have really blown it I immediately try and think of something I can do to put myself on the right track....
