How do you stay motivated and find inspiration to stick with your program?
I keep staying positive as this is the only way to meet my goals of weight loss. Positive mind set means so much to me on a daily basis. It sets me up for my day ahead to plan and reach my goals
After about 10 weeks of working out 5 days a week I realized I was feeling run down. So I took 4 days off. I needed a rest! I came back refreshed and excited to work out instead of seeing it as a chore. Listen to your body and take breaks when you need it. It helps you keep your long run goals.

If you are walking a dog who has short legs, take a puppy stroller with you--when the dog gets tired, put him in the stroller and keep walking--this way you don' t have to derail your planas for a nice long walk!
Just like in "Finding Nemo" like Dory said "Just keep swimming" I say "Just Keep Going!
I think it helps if you can reflect on the day and be able to list one or two things you did that was good for you. This makes you feel proud of yourself.
It's easy to look at our failures and let them pull us down, but, is empowering to find the best in all we do.
I'm learning to love and savor how good it feels that food is no longer controlling my life. This is helping me to remain focused even during a plateau that is beyond my control. I won't trade in captaining my own ship for anything!
Secrets to energy is when you get enough sleep. You have to also eat three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also do not drink carbonated drinks they take the water out of your body. Which i drink alot of water.
