Sharing your journey with others, helping them while you help yourself, will aide you to stay on track. Have an accountability partner. Motivate someone who is having a hard time. Help someone who's just starting the trip to healthy living. It all helps to keep me on track.

You can get tricks AND motivation by talking to people who has the same goal :) At home, at the job, on discussions boards... not to be alone in a process is always a good key to start!
