QUIET TIME

Take some time, (I usually like early morning before anyone else is up and about), to: reflect, read, pray, & listen to some soft music. It helps me to collect my thoughts. It helps me to stay focused, consider where I've been, and think about what I still need to accomplish. Peace to all!

Morning Time

Do it right away. I find that if I dink that first water, get on that treadmill, log that food right away, first thing in the morning it starts a roll.

It is harder if I lollygag, skip breakfast, or hold off on any of it.

Mini weight Goals

I like using mini weight goals to keep me motivated. My goals use the next smallest number from my weigh in. Like now I weigh in at 116.1 kilos, my next goal is to weigh in the 115s kilos. And it works really well. I always have that next number in my head when I eat or work out. It really works!

sweat

while exercising i think of my sweat as fat just melting off of me. that gives me extra motivation to kick it up a notch and push even harder to sweat more (melt more fat)
