A Visual Motivator

I made a small chart for on my refrigerator. I started with my beginning weight (183) and simply counted down on the paper to my goal weight (115). Every time I lose another pound I draw a line thru or highlight that number. I can see every week just how much I have lost & how much I have to go.

Pedometer

From the time I get out of bed in the morning until the time I go to bed at night I wear a pedometer. Sometimes I forget to take it off when I go to bed, DH says it's so I get all the steps from sleepwalking counted. My goal is to get 10,000 steps per day. I am lost without my trusty Omron pedometer...
