I don't need to jump in to "help save the day" getting in their face. Don't go looking for real or stupid stress that will result in emotional eating.
I plan my meals a day ahead this keeps me on track and there are no surprises and I stay within ranges
Each night before bed, my family spends a few minutes cleaning or straightening something in the house. Sometimes papers get filed, sometimes dishes get washed, sometimes a load of laundry goes in. Now my cleaning time is cut down because each day I spend less than 30 minutes doing some cleaning!
Put a clip or latch on your keychain and keep it clipped to your purse handle, totebag, etc. This way, your keys will always be easy to access and you won't be spending time digging through everything else.
No one thinks they have enough time in the day! Do all your cooking in one batch on the weekend. Make enough for lunch and dinner for 5 or 6 days of the week. This free's up a TON of time in the week, and leaves you with one "play" day to eat something different.
