I recently purchased a Cuisinart Smart Stick Hand Blender.
I have a hard time curbing my "hunger" unless I have 1 slimfast meal shake per day. I usually eat a piece of fruit with them to have something solid in my stomach too. I drink one at lunch and it really helps me. My personal favorite are the cappuccino delight flavored shakes.
