Muscle Milk Light is a shake or powder that tastes great! It's a filling 8.5 ounces with only 100 calories, 25 from fat. It's filling and portable so I can take with me to school and avoid the coffee bar snacks. It has NO sugar and only 5g of carbs!! Be sure to get LIGHT!!
You can't beat these for a nutritious, TASTY snack. I love them and buy them by the case. No added ANYTHING so it makes them doubly wonderful. Cherry pie is my favorite!
This 40 calorie treat is my reward to myself almost every evening. You know that couple of hours past dinner when you just wish you had something... I keep them in my extra freezer so they are really frozen solid. YUMMY!!
I must say I enjoy Dannon Vanilla Yogurt...a lot of times I will substitute it in recipes where it calls for sour cream...I highly recommend it!
These salad dressings taste great and have only 10-15 calories per serving. I even take a bottle with me in my purse when we eat out so I can enjoy a wonderful salad without stressing over high-calorie/high-sodium salad dressings.
I tried the new mini's...very, very small. 4 points for one, 8 points for both...I am not sure it wouldn't just be smarter to go ahead and get the junior size version of whatever burger you are craving instead of paying the $$$ for these..I mean, they tasted good, but for the money??
You can find it in the frozen bread section of most grocery stores (but unfortunately not WalMart). Not only is it much better for you than most breads made with processed flour, at 80 calories a slice it's less calories than most! Especially good as toast; several kinds available.
I have tried the Marie's Yogurt Dressing...I first found it in the produce section..and of course when I first found it...it was on sale and I had a coupon for it...so I figured hmm...maybe I'll try this...well...it is tasty, it fits into my nutrition tracker very well...I recommend it!
I love ice cream but I can't seem to just have one scoop let alone half a scoop. The solution for me was to buy the TJ Mini Mint Mouthfuls...I only eat half a recommended serving...1 sandwich and it's only 60 calories and it packs a punch. I satisfy my ice cream craving without all the fat.
Kefir - a milk product you can find in health food sections is so thick and delicious, you would think it full of fat and calories. I add 1/2 cup to my morning cereal and feel like I'm eating like a queen for only 55 calories. It is filled with probiotics, has a pleasing bite to the taste.
