After having no success with the local store's odometer, I tried the one at the SparkStore. So far it's working just fine. I put it in my pocket and the reset button was getting pushed. So, I wear it on my hip, and all is fine.
Arnold Sandwich Thins are delicious...they are only 100 calories...I use them for little pizzas...sandwiches...breakfast with my peanut butter and banana...hummus...egg sandwich muffins...you name it...I would thoroughly recommend this product!
It's blueberry pomegranite and I love it! Finally a delicioius way to get my vitamins (and calcium). I had the cereal with a few different flavors of yogurt but the banana flavored and vanilla are my favorite so far.
Reaching protein goals has been challenging. Then I discovered the Smart Carb #1 Bread from Julian Bakery. It contains 12g of protein, 12g fiber, 13g carbohydrates and is only 109 calories. It makes it easier to meet protein and fiber goals. This bread is great for folks with diabetes. Net Carb =1g
I love comfort food, and this book is full of delicious recipes. I ignore the meal plans and success stories and skip right to the recipes, and I even sometimes manage to make them a little lighter than it calls for (i.e. turkey instead of beef)
These are real potatoes popped, not fried, not baked. They come in several flavors; barbeque is my favorite, but I've tried them all and there's not one that tastes "funny." When I'm craving a salty chip, this hits the spot. Nutrition information: Calories 100.0

Love this additive! Especially the lime It's no calorie and basically just reduced lime and lemon essence. I add it to seltzer and plain water just to change things up sometimes. My sister uses it to cook because it keeps longer than real lemons and tastes so much better than the bottled juice.
