I love ice cream but I can't seem to just have one scoop let alone half a scoop. The solution for me was to buy the TJ Mini Mint Mouthfuls...I only eat half a recommended serving...1 sandwich and it's only 60 calories and it packs a punch. I satisfy my ice cream craving without all the fat.
Kefir - a milk product you can find in health food sections is so thick and delicious, you would think it full of fat and calories. I add 1/2 cup to my morning cereal and feel like I'm eating like a queen for only 55 calories. It is filled with probiotics, has a pleasing bite to the taste.
When I make the pico de gallo authentic mexican salsa...I limit myself to 10 of the food should taste good olive chips....they have a wonderful flavor and crunch factor! I highly recommend them!
I buy one box each of Fiber One and Special K with berries cereal and mix them together in a canister. I get the fiber boost in the morning along with the sweeter taste of the flakes and berries - keeps me satisfied longer.
If you've ever had trouble getting enough fiber into your diet, this is the bread for you. It comes in great flavors including - ha! - white, which are packed full o' fiberiffic goodness. Don't forget the reduced fat peanut butter.
I love the Special K low fat granola. I don't usually have it as a bowl of cereal, but I put a couple of spoonfuls into my nonfat yogurt with some fresh fruit. UMMM
Special K Blueberry is my new guilt-free treat when I need something sweet! I eat it dry, no milk, tthat 3/4 cup serving seems like a lot more eating it a few pieces at a time. Just sweet enough and nice and crunchy. Of course its good with milk too, I just prefer it this way as a snack! Enjoy!
This oil mister has changed my life. I have tried other plastic oil misters in the past but they have clogged or broken easily. The beauty of the Prepara Oil Mister is that it is durable, it is easy to use and it doesn't clog!!! You can use ANY oil you want. I use canola but will buy a 2nd for EVOO.

After having no success with the local store's odometer, I tried the one at the SparkStore. So far it's working just fine. I put it in my pocket and the reset button was getting pushed. So, I wear it on my hip, and all is fine.
