An armband that you pay a subscription for. It hooks up to the internet every night and you get information about how many calories you burned, how much you walked, ran, etc. You can input swimming or exercise and food that weren't directly put in. It is good for someone to get started, but $$

Vibram Five Fingers (KSO Model)

I've been wearing these for two weeks now, both in the gym and walking around. LOVE THESE SHOES. I feel more connected to the workout, more comfortable moving around. These are minimalist shoes, and not for everyone of course, but for those who get on with them, you will love them.

These shoes are wonderful. I wear them to work every day and can really feel a difference in my legs. They are pricey, but it's worth it. When these shoes wear out, I will definitely get another pair. They are so comfortable and only took a couple days to get used to them.

This bra is called the Body-Wick® triple system tech sports bra, and it is the best sports bra I have ever owned. Victorias Secret sells it. I bought one a year ago and fell in love but they discontinued it.
