i bought this thinking the camera part of the package would help me when i was dong an exercise wrong but the camera tells you that you are doing it wrong or good when you are doing it the same way. Also it doesn't have 400 exercises as claimed. I still find it a good workout .
This is a gluten free bread. It comes in whole grain and white. Very good. The best I have tried so far.
Not a fan of the word "diet", but this book was at the dollar store. I bought it for new recipes, but I absolutely LOVE the workout plan. Only 25 minutes a day, 5x a week. Much more doable for me than P90X was (though I do love P90X too!). The recipes are tasty, the workout is quick!
I used this sock today for the first time, and it was an INCREDIBLE difference from when I wear normal socks. My feet didn't feel fatigued or tingly in anyway after I finished my C25K session, and it provided GREAT cushioning for my blister. I HIGHLY recommend this sock.
Atkins Endulge bars have always been great when you need something sweet- but want that sweetness to include high protein, some fiber and low carb count. I've recently tried the nutty fudge brownie, the caramel mousse and the peanut caramel cluster bars... YUM and no guilt!
The reason I like the Ab Lounge is that it gives my head and neck the support I seem to require vs. doing ab exercises on a mat on the floor where I'm prone to wrongly using my head and neck to "assist." For me ab work is torturous and the Ab Lounge is the "spotter" I need to help prevent cheating.
The shirts I've ordered from Spark Store are really worth their cost. They wick moisture away and wash well, haven't lost their color at all!
Gymboss is an amazing inexpensive gadget ~ to time interval run/walks. You can set the gymboss to what ever intervals you want ie. Run 2 minutes, Walk 1 minute. It beeps or beeps and vibrates, so you can use it while listening to music.
Running is WAY more FUN!!!!

I have a set of 5 lb and 8 lb weight, green, red and black resistance bands and a Swiss ball. All are great resources for almost any strength training I want to do. The bands were left-overs from physical therapy. The ball and weights were from a local resale store!
