Cardio Knockout by Kathy Smith is a great workout. The boxing is taught by a pro boxer and features interval training with a skip rope and real boxing punches and moves. The kick boxing segment is also guided by a champion showing authentic kickboxing moves.
I love the Laughing Cow cheeses-they're great spread on just about anything, burgers, homemade pizzas, crackers, my kids even use them to make mac & cheese, and on sandwiches instead of reg. cheese. I heard they'll be new kinds soon!! And Arnold Sandwich Thins are great, best I've tried!

Love the burger grillers,chicken grillers,breakfast sausage patties, & especially the buffalo wings.Mix a little ranch dressing seasoning packet with fat free sour cream & use for dipping. Add celery sticks and yum yum. All Morning Star products tried have been delicious. Lots of protein too.
This scale was inexpensive, has tare automatically when you turn it on with empty container on it and can be re-tared as each item added, is very accurate (I verified with known weights) and is easy to use and clean. It is also very attractive and can be left out on the counter!
A small clip on or just put it in your pocket. It works like the bodybugg by counting steps, calories and miles. It also tracks your sleep. Had mine for 6 months and love it. There is no monthly fee for the web site like the others
An armband that you pay a subscription for. It hooks up to the internet every night and you get information about how many calories you burned, how much you walked, ran, etc. You can input swimming or exercise and food that weren't directly put in. It is good for someone to get started, but $$
I've been wearing these for two weeks now, both in the gym and walking around. LOVE THESE SHOES. I feel more connected to the workout, more comfortable moving around. These are minimalist shoes, and not for everyone of course, but for those who get on with them, you will love them.
