Quorn is my new favourite food! It is a low calorie protein source that tastes more like real meat than any other vegetarian meat substitute I've tried. Even my husband thought it was chicken when he tried it. It comes in strips, pieces, mince, sausage rolls, schnitzel, nuggets....
It is beginning to appear on store shelves everywhere. My sister learned about it at a Weight Watcher's meeting from someone who would buy it out of town. After asking local stores to stock it, it started showing up in our hometown. It's lower in fat and calories, easy to mix up, and tastes good. Much better than Better'n Peanut Butter substitute made from who knows what and tastes terrible. We made a low calore peanut butter pie from skinny.com using it. It was delicious. Good on toast!
