I drink so much water! As we all do!! So a little trick that I use. True Lemon, True Lime, and True Orange! 1 packet=large wedge of the fruit. 2 packets=1Tof the fruit.

So keep regular sleep habits. Erratic sleep habits prevent the training of our “biological clocks.” Make every effort to go to bed and get up at the same time every day, even on weekends. The temptation to sleep in, or lounge around in bed on your day off can throw off your biological clock.
Bringing a lemon and a nice glass from my kitchen cabinet to work helps make drinking water 'fun'. I slice up 1/2 a lemon which makes my water 'attractive' and more like a beverage rather than just water.
I find it easier to get in my 8 cups of water if I drink a glass first thing in the morning, when I wake up. I keep a pint glass in my bathroom, and fill it up and down it. My mouth is so dry in the morning, it motivates me to drink the whole 16 oz glass....thats 2 cups of water right off the bat.

I always start the day off with a tall glass of water, usually with a lemon squeezed into it. I feel like that helps me with weight loss, and health issues more than anything! Besides that, I drink at least 2 quarts of water a day, which I think is soooo important! Less coffee & soda, more WATER!!!
Found either at local farmers or health food stores, raw unfiltered honey that is LOCAL is by far the best thing. I have found that different times of the year, the honey will change due to what flowers and plants are in bloom. Therefore, it helps with seasonal allergies.

I'm not a morning person, so it's hard for me to pack a healthy lunch without being rushed. So, I take a few minutes before I go to bed to get my breakfast ready, pack my lunch, lay out my clothes for the next day, and say my prayers. It's amazing how much more smoothly the morning will go!
