Dry roast 250gms.Flax Seeds, 50 gms.Fennel Seeds,50 gms.Carrom Seeds each separately till aromatic and crisp.Cool.Grind one by one to a fine Powder in a Grinder.Place these 3 Powders in a Vessel and add 25 gms.Licorice Powder and 1 tsp.Black Rock Salt.Mix together to form a well mixed Powder .
It took a few months, but I have happily stopped using caffeinated coffee. I feel like it has helped stop the heart palpitations and jitteriness.And I am not as moody since I am not dependent on that morning cuppa joe (or four), and no more Diet Pepsi, either!

After a workout my feet are tired. I bought some cream (I use either foot cream or body lotion). After my shower and before I get dressed each day, I rub the cream on my tired feet. This also keeps my shoes smelling nice, as well as soothing my feet.
This week, I am focusing on eating clean. So, for this week, no red meat. Just lots of protein with beans, lots of veggies, and fruits.
The job I have fills my brain, but I listen to books on CD on the way to and from work. I find that I get some down time in the brain and a bit of an escape.
