Suck in Your Stomach

Don't forget to suck in your stomach! It helps strengthen your abs (I think) and reminds you to sit up straight which is good for your spine. You'll look and feel better.

Leslie Sansone always reminds me to do this when I exercise to her DVDs. She calls it a "tummy tuck".
