Get Enough Quality Sleep

Poor sleep and a lack of sleep really affects all aspects of my life. When I get enough sleep, then I get more done, I'm more active, I eat better, I make better decisions, I cook better meals, I enjoy my life more. If I'm tired, then it's all quite the opposite!

Breakfast, Water and Sleep

I always eat breakfast daily. It helps me to not be hungry all day. Always drink my water to feel full. And always get my 8 hours of sleep each night. So that I am able to function properly during the day.
