As a disabled long-distance runner, I used every excuse in the book for not exercising. Then one day I just had enough! I called a friend and asked him to accompany me on a Sunday stroll in the afternoon sun. He said, " Oh! You want to go for a walk?" I said no, but I'd like to go outside.
I always eat breakfast daily. It helps me to not be hungry all day. Always drink my water to feel full. And always get my 8 hours of sleep each night. So that I am able to function properly during the day.
The key to staying healthy is never giving up. You have to ride the roller coaster of your healthy life through the ups and downs but never get off the ride!! Track your nutrition and exercise especially when you're struggling.
