Bring a water bottle to bed!!!

I have found that I feel so much better, so good, if im drinking the right amount of H20. Hydration is a definite key to success. A bottle of H20 right after brushin my teeth reminds me that this is gonna be another day of good and healthful choices!

My niece, a master stylist just cut my hair. Love the look, I told her my hair is thinning & I use stuff that regrows hair. She told me to throw it out & just massage my head 15 mins a night w/almond oil to stimulate the follicles & hair will grow back. She does this with results.

Yesterday I had bug bites. Tried lots of things. Got a Spark mail. Hint there said rub a bug bite with inside of banana skin. Just peel and rub and i am amazed it actually has worked. Itch went away for the whole night so i could sleep.
