Staying Healthy when everyone is Sick

1. Get your Flu shot!!! If you're sick wait 2-3 weeks, but if you're not do it ASAP!

Sleep

We all know that we should get adequate sleep (at least 8 hours)... I find that I am far less emotional and less likely to mindlessly eat if I get at least 7 hours of sleep... I also find that my immune system is better equipped to deal with illness.
