Do It For Me

Gym Location

Simple secret - Gym Location! I found a gym that is between my work & my house. It is very easy to workout after work when it's on your way home. And, you feel a bit guilty driving by if you're not stopping to work out.

Make No Provision to Fail

I don't keep things around my house that will tempt me. It is very unlikely that I will drive to the store if I am craving potato chips at night so I will make a healthy choice because that's all there is!

Don't give up!

The key to staying healthy is never giving up. You have to ride the roller coaster of your healthy life through the ups and downs but never get off the ride!! Track your nutrition and exercise especially when you're struggling.

exercise choice

I volunteer 3-4 days per week for 6 hours of constant activity including lifting and carrying heavy items and I love it. I engages all sorts of muscles.

Variety

I think Variety is the key! Mix things up and get a variety of wholesome foods and a variety of exercise. this way you always get good nutrition foods and you dont get bored of exercise. Also dont be afaid to try new things...

Healthy Checklist

Get adequate sleep. Eat a healthy diet. Get plenty of exercise. Wash your hands frequently. Keep your environment clean. Avoid sick people. Don't smoke or be around it. Use stress relieving techniques. Drink plenty of water. Take some time to rest. Get immunizations. Have close friends.
