really bad

I am trying so hard to fight my way back but today I was wasted and in such bad shape it was ridicules. I still got up and took care of my GD but it took all the energy I could muster to do it. Pray for me please and I will get back.

Straw!

I have a difficult time getting through my daily water in take, but put a straw in that glass and watch me go! I don't know what it is, but I drink almost twice as much water when I use a straw! Try it!

Room Temp

I keep my room a little warmer that way I will drink more water. when the room is cold I find that I do not drink as much water. This will also help in your electric bill.

Bowled

Today I had little one and then we went to the bowling lane, I had league and her mom is on the team so we meet and I make them salads to eat there. I was tired but I was going to do it one way or the other. We bowled and I only got my average once but didn't do too bad but we lost all the games .

read the label

best thing i ever learned was what all those ingredients really are on the labels of foods. if i can't pronounce them or it is not real food i just don't buy it anymore. our bodies like real food and if there is a choice between feeling great from real food or a twinkie - real food everytime.

Food is Energy

This took years for me to understand: Food is NOT the enemy! Food is, plain and simple, energy. My body requires energy to function properly. Premium energy = optimum performance; low-grade energy = poor performance. There is no "good" food or "bad" food; just "better" food!

Still going

Not good

Not doing good at all today and I really have no energy to do anything. In a few days if not getting better I have to call the Dr. I really have such good Spark streaks and it is all going to suffer now. Pray for me and I love you all. Smile and be happy.

exercise, diet and sparks

I sit at the computer and do my e-mail on Sparks and instead of eating I get absorbed in the mail. Then with everyone talking about exercise I excuse myself and get motivated to doing my exercises. I also don't think about eating all day because I'm busy talking online.
