Soda Versus Water

I love sodas, but know that they are not good for us since they have no nutrients whatsoever. I drink at least 1 a day, but no more than 2. When I drink a soda, I drink as much water as was ounces of soda behind.

chiropractor and inversion table

I bought the inversion table a year ago and i enjoy the workouts I do on it.
Recently I injured my back, the extreme lower just above the tail. My Chiropractor told me it is ok to do slight incline to help relax and stretch. Wow am I sooo glad I have that machine between visits with Doc!!

Logging WHEN you eat!!

If you have the chance to log your meal or snack right away while you are eating or or directly after, you won't have to try to remember what you ate throughout the day and this way, you are less likely going to forget what you ate when its time to log it in.

The most important meal of the day

For me a good breakfast begins with whole grains, whether it's WW toast, a bowl of oatmeal or a serving of quinoa with cinnamon and a little brown sugar. Then I add a fruit-I did believe that jelly qualified, but it does not. Try 1/2 grapefruit or 100% juice. Lastly, a glass of milk for protein.

Dont be like me....a one woman work machine. Believe me its no good, and if it wasnt for my sig others medical bills and keeping a roof over our heads i would find a nice 8 hour a day job instead of 2 of them, and make it one with no or little stress.
