In order to get my 8+ glasses in I use a straw and every time I see a commercial while watching TV I mandate myself to take 10 large swallows. I finish my water in record time and I feel accomplished.

I clock up a surprising number of steps every week - and so burn extra calories - by using a cordless phone and walking as I talk. As a bonus, this distracts me from snacking, I wear a pedometer and walk purposefully (although I don't count this as cardio).
one teaspoon apple cider vinegar and 8 ounce water for acid stomach or upset stomach or diarrhea. also if you think what you ate may have been a little old. some people think YUK!!! SO INSTEAD JUST DRINK SOME PICKLE JUICE.!
The best advice I ever read or practiced for healthy living is to find an exercise or activity that you love. You will keep doing anything that brings you joy. I love my bike!
Use hand sanitizer after you finish at the gym. Keep those germs at bay that could derail you.
Be VERY careful with your back when making basic movements - bending down excessively can be quite hazardous! Also, when picking up items, do not use your back for momentum (don't ask me how I know this.....)
Eat a rainbow!
I keep a pitcher on my desk at work that holds exactly 2 litres. I fill it up in the morning when I get to work so I know just by looking at it if I'm on track to get all 8 glasses of water that day. If there's any left when it's time to go home, I know I have to drink more in the evening
