In the past, I tried losing weight for different reasons, and usually those reasons revolved around what other people wanted. This time, though, I am motivated by my own desire to be healthy. That doesn't mean you do it alone - I couldn't be successful without the support my friends and family.
The key to staying healthy is never giving up. You have to ride the roller coaster of your healthy life through the ups and downs but never get off the ride!! Track your nutrition and exercise especially when you're struggling.
I think Variety is the key! Mix things up and get a variety of wholesome foods and a variety of exercise. this way you always get good nutrition foods and you dont get bored of exercise. Also dont be afaid to try new things...
Get adequate sleep. Eat a healthy diet. Get plenty of exercise. Wash your hands frequently. Keep your environment clean. Avoid sick people. Don't smoke or be around it. Use stress relieving techniques. Drink plenty of water. Take some time to rest. Get immunizations. Have close friends.
