Buy some small little hand sanitizers to keep around the house. Scented is good if you're not sensitive. I find it helps me to remember to use them more. Also keep them in your purse or on your keys with a keychain that you can get with them. I even get the small ones to leave around the workplace for coworkers to take. The less time that you're sick, the more time you have to get healthy and exercise!
Besides exercise for stress reduction, I use relaxation recordings. You can find a lot off different ones based on your needs. I find that it helps turn the excessive churning of my brain when I worry.
When dining out or at home make, "water" your beverage of choice. When dining out you'll save on the overpriced soft drinks, coffee, etc., not to mention the excess calories. Also, if you ask, they'll serve your water with a slice of lemon or lime. Yum! No empty calories here, and water is just what your body needs.
I have found over the years that if you set out your morning by making decisions to eat right and act upon them you will do better. I make my lunch along with snacks everyday for work. I make sure I have enough snacks that will carry me over after lunch and when I drive home. This has helped me maintain my focus.
