Staying connected to friends has a positive affect on your life.
Sometimes I get hunger cravings, between meals, though instead of reaching for food, I try a glass of water and wait for about 30 minutes. Most times it is my thirst creating the craving, though if after 30 minutes, if I still have a craving, I go for some lean protein, nuts, etc. It works!
Start each day anew, don't look back, and do at least 15 minutes of exercise. Even if it is walking to the Mailbox and back. I have learned that what happend yesterday can not be changed. SO today I will start fresh and forget the past and only focus on what I can do today
Dare to dream. Dare to reach for that dream.
A simple smile can make someone else smile and so on and so on and pretty soon we have brightened the day of many people.
I have a list of songs that I listen to when I'm feeling down. I little movin and groovin always seems to put a smile on my face. ( And yes singing into the hairbrush is ok)
