Prep meals earlier

Do your prep work "I fix the next day's food as I'm making dinner. I'm more likely to pack a nutritious lunch when I have the cutting board and vegetables out already."

A Positive Reminder

I made my password a positive reinforcement of what I'm trying to do. Every time I log in I am reminded and it makes me smile and helps me stay focused on my goal.

You make your decisions.

True friends - they are not looking to change me or make me into something that I am not. The world is a better place because I am in it. I can spread gloom or I can spread cheer I decide and I make MY own decisions I choose to smile - a smile is contagious a frown is not.

Like water off a ducks' back....

I was asked how I keep a smile on my face (most often than not, LOL). Simple; I try not to sweat the small things and things I can't control. I exercise, which helps with stress relief, laugh often, and most importantly let things roll off me like water off a ducks' back. Smile!

When You're the Lowest, It's Working the Best

One problem people have about staying positive is that they will quit when it hurts the worst - when it takes more effort to stay positive. Guess what? That's what weight loss feels like. When it hurts the worst, when you're hungriest, you are actually feeling weight leaving your body. Enjoy it!

Type A People: This Will Hurt

Newsflash! It sucks losing weight! Let's be real, people. It hurts, and eating less leaves us tired and cranky. Think of it like this though: No energy? Good! No motivation? It's working! This is what you stay positive about: All that weight you're losing in between bad moods. :-D
