What I do when the sweet tooth hits

When I get a desire for something sweet, I have a Xylitol Mint (either Cool Fruit or Cool Mint), by Zellies (250 for about 10 dollars), and be satisfied at just two calories. PLUS the xylitol balances mouth acidity and dentists are recommending using it because it's so good for teeth.
