What you focus on expands, so when we are focused on what we've done wrong, we create more of "what we did wrong." Even on your very worse day you did something RIGHT. Focus on that, expand on that, expand on what you did right today.
I keep a daily gratitude journal. By starting each day counting at least 5 different things that I am grateful for my whole day seems brighter. Sometimes it means "acting as if" things are happier than they seem, but ALWAYS it means that I can see more blessings than struggles. Spark On
