Smile

I find that when I smile at people, it makes them feel better. Even the grumpiest of people will start to smile if you smile at them and make an effort to listen to what they have to say.

Early morning walks

Walking just as the sun comes up is a meditative exercise and starts my day out in a positive way. I don't worry about walking fast or burning calories. This walk is for my soul.

The 80-20 Rule

Accept that you're human and that we are all imperfect. As long as you keep to your healthy eating and fitness regime 80 percent of the time, you can forgive yourself the 20 percent of time you lapse.
