Failures do not exist. What we call a failure is but a lesson learned and a step taken to a better us. Without these failures we would never be able to learn from these mistakes and make ourselves better in the long run.
When I bike on my indoor cycle I listen to super upbeat music. When my momentum really gets going and I am in the zone I yell out positive affirmations, such as: "I am good enough." "I deserve great health." "I love myself." "I can do this." "I love to sweat." It really pumps me up and I feel great. My dogs must think I am crazy. LOL, LOL
I learned that when you are not only dieting but going through life, stress can always bring you down. You may feel like you cannot continue with something or feel that life or anything is not worth it because it is "too hard." I always remember the quote: "God will never give you anything you cannot handle, so don't stress." It gets me through a lot!!!!
