Something I realized I needed to do in order to be successful was to prelog my food for the whole day, preferably at breakfast and sometimes in bed before I get up.
I have used the Nutrition and Fitness tracker each day. When I was on my mini vacation. I was unable to use it. I had no access to a computer. I totally missed it. I felt very lost without it. When I logged on this morning. I felt like I came back to an old friend.

I get up at 4:30 a.m. for work. Before I even leave the bed I do a few little stretches to help my back trouble. Then I take my shower and then eat a small breakfast to get me going. I fill in what I've eaten on my nutrition planner right after I eat lunch. I've found that this way, I can keep a close eye on the nutrition values and plan accordingly for my evening meal.
I tried Spark People years ago, but found the site overwhelming. But now I have discovered SparkCoach, which keeps me motivated and really helps me experience all the cool things to help me live healthy. I strongly recommend trying the free 7 day trial to see what I mean. You'll be hooked, like I am!
