BE FAITHFUL

Try to log on and use your trackers every day. On the days I dont I find myself falling off my plan. Spark keeps me on track. emoticon

Track and Do: Using the Fitness Tracker

I use the Fitness Tracker as a CONTRACT with myself. On days that I am worried that I won't "find the time to exercise", I set up what I want to accomplish ahead of time on the Fitness Tracker. Interestingly, I don't deviate from that contract at all :)

Log in Every Day

I have found that logging in every day, and working through each tracking area helps to keep me focused and energized. The mere fact that I am held accountable has helped me tremendously !

Glorious friendship!

when you need a boost

every time I want to give up pack it in or get discouraged I know all I need to do is come to SparkPeople and go to my team and there are all my Spark Buddies to lift me up - motivate me to move forward and inspire me to never give up.

Sleep Deprivation

I do believe what SP says about having a good sleep. I feel that if we use positive messages before going to bed, meditate, etc., that your sleep will be better and kick start your plateau, stopping that hormone, cortisol, from keeping us from losing weight.
