I find that motivation starts waning if I do not treat it as its own muscle group. I need to schedule workouts for my motivation, determination and mental strength, just like I would schedule cardio, stretching or strength training.
This was one of the first tools provided by Sparkpeople and it really works for me! Don't be afraid to go back to a previous stage if that's where you really are or move ahead to the next one when you are ready. The process really works!

My secret is using the SparkPeople website - I'm addicted! It gets me through my day, helps me stay focused and motivated. I find that using Spark has kept me on track longer than I've ever been able to be focused on a 'healthy plan'.
They have such a huge variety of recipes and there is something for everyone plus you might find a healthy versions of things you already make and love

Try to log on and use your trackers every day. On the days I dont I find myself falling off my plan. Spark keeps me on track.
I use the Fitness Tracker as a CONTRACT with myself. On days that I am worried that I won't "find the time to exercise", I set up what I want to accomplish ahead of time on the Fitness Tracker. Interestingly, I don't deviate from that contract at all :)
