There are a lot of days I don't feel well and will grab what is easiest. It helps to schedule a cooking day every couple of weeks and cook up some meat and several dishes and freeze in portion sizes so I have something healthy to grab quickly. And to keep pulling out dishes to thaw as needed.

Have Sparkpeople design strength training workouts for you by Editing your Fitness settings. They will customize a workout for you with the equipment you already have on hand. Use it to design a new workout every 4-6 weeks to keep from getting bored and see continued improvement in your strength.
Since many people spend lots of hours on Facebook & Twitter, this can be a great way to get reminders about your goals and stay in touch with SparkPeople. We share tips, contests, updates, and generally just have lots of fun with members there too!
Use the Spark People calorie tracker. Weigh, measure and track you calories. Don't just guess what you are eating. Not losing anything? Reduce your calories toward the lower range Spark People gave you and try that for awhile. Tracking really does work!

This is a perfect tool to keep track of your food, water, fitness, etc. I can add in what I'm eating, before I put one bite in my mouth, my workout after I'm finished, each ounce of H20 downed, etc. It keeps me from missing a beat :)
