Track and Do: Using the Fitness Tracker

I use the Fitness Tracker as a CONTRACT with myself. On days that I am worried that I won't "find the time to exercise", I set up what I want to accomplish ahead of time on the Fitness Tracker. Interestingly, I don't deviate from that contract at all :)

Daily food tracking and exercise at least 4 times a week for one hour each time.

I use the free tools that are offered by SP, such as the Nutrition Tracker, Fitness Tracker and Community and SparkPage blogs and other aspects of the site . I also use the Diabetic App which helps me a lot with carb and sugar control, blood glucose numbers, medications,water, weight exercise, etc,...
