I use the Fitness Tracker as a CONTRACT with myself. On days that I am worried that I won't "find the time to exercise", I set up what I want to accomplish ahead of time on the Fitness Tracker. Interestingly, I don't deviate from that contract at all :)
every time I want to give up pack it in or get discouraged I know all I need to do is come to SparkPeople and go to my team and there are all my Spark Buddies to lift me up - motivate me to move forward and inspire me to never give up.

I started playing Trivia because I'm quirky and like to see the points go up but I've learned so much in even this one single activity.
I use the blog to write down what I want to accomplish. By 'saying it out loud' in the blog, I make a commitment to myself that I have to keep.
I've noticed that sharing the Sparkpeople link with others keeps me motivated as well. I want to be prepared when they ask me questions related to navigating the site.
I love spark people. Thank You Spark People. I log in every day and record my nutrition, and fitness every day. If I didn't have such a neat place to do it, I am not sure if i would get it done. I use the free tools that are offered by SP, such as the Nutrition Tracker, Fitness Tracker and Community and SparkPage blogs and other aspects of the site . I also use the Diabetic App which helps me a lot with carb and sugar control, blood glucose numbers, medications,water, weight exercise, etc,...
I love reading and watching other people's blogs/vlogs. I also love doing my own. I find it very motivating and freeing. Try it!
