Many of us have phones that can access the web and or apps that connect us to spark people. USE THEM! i've found that i can track my food more efficiently when i have an easy portable way to do so. it's helped me to break off my plateau by tracking my food. 2 birds with 1 stone.
Don't be afraid 2 start over with the Fast Break stages&changing up your workout routine. Your plateau could be as simple as not tracking food, needing more water, or changing up your exercise. I've finally been able to break my months long plateau by changing up exercise and gettin more water.
