While it is great to have a pre-scheduled workout plan I have surprised myself at times with squeezing in a good cardio and stretching session out of the blue! Too busy enjoying the outdoor or getting that yard work done to do Sparks? You can always go back and track your fitness minutes later. You don't have to add it on the day you actually do it. Just click on the calendar beside it, and choose the appropriate day or use the back arrow.
When I have phone calls to return, or want to call a friend I need to get back in touch with, I head outside with my cell phone and walk around the track at my local high school.
