Daily food tracking and exercise at least 4 times a week for one hour each time.

I use the free tools that are offered by SP, such as the Nutrition Tracker, Fitness Tracker and Community and SparkPage blogs and other aspects of the site . I also use the Diabetic App which helps me a lot with carb and sugar control, blood glucose numbers, medications,water, weight exercise, etc, very helpful to me! emoticon emoticon emoticon

The process of becoming ?

I feel that this is almost the beginning of my becoming, and also turning into a Senior Citizen ( but your'e really only as old as you feel)
Since I joined and really contributed to sharing deep and long hidden parts of me through 'SparkPeople' I feel I'm at the crossroads of who I am and what I want and where I'm going!
