The Weekly Purge

Once a week, I 'purge' the refrigerator, getting rid of all limp or wilted foods, wipe down the shelves and drawers; then I can see what we need to replenish and it helps me w/ my grocery list as well as menu plan for the week. (It only takes minutes)

Kick In the Metabolism Early

I begin my day by drinking ICE water--(Keep a thermos by my bed) and drink abt 6-8 oz. when I rise. This gives a 'kick' to the metabolism and gives a nice flush to the bladder! ..... (Plus water does wonder for the complexion!) ..... (I always keep ice water with me and drink all day)...
