My greatest motivation is keeping up with my kids. Always taking and walking, fishing, being involved with their activities.

When ever I can I only buy whole foods. Organic and I always seek out the local Farmers markets.
Eating spinach instead of lettuce.
Egg whites are my usual breakfast with spinach and it seams to help cut my calories and fat.
Until I can truly identify what a cup looks like or how much 2 Tablespoons is I measure everything if possible.
