I just decided to do at least a set of squats anytime I go to shower, (on the landing or anywhere in the bathroom). It's fun and I tend to increase the reps as I get stronger. There is also no place for sweating, the soothing feeling of the shower makes the difference.
When am doing strength training, in my mind's eye I split my reps into a three-quarter. E.g. By the time I get to rep 9 in a 12 reps exercise, I say to myself 'you have just 3 left'. Also when I am using the clock I think small by looking at the seconds hand and I say to myself 'it will soon roll over to 60'. By this I keep myself going.
I live a conscious life in this weight loss journey. For example, I consciously eat only when am hungry, I am conscious of my calories, I deliberately workout on scheduled days, I am alive to my body to be sure I look better each day. I deliberately face my fears and exalt my strength.
