Before I get up I make a plan, consider which exercises I will be doing to keep on track, have some lemon tea, then my protein drink, then either walk outside or hit the treadmill and I make sure either one or the other is done by noon since I rise late in the morning.
Since I am retired and determined to lose weight, I dress in my work out clothes first thing in the morning so I am ready to go
once I have a light breakfast. if I have to run an errand, I may modify the clothes till I return home, then back into the tennis shoes, etc as it keeps me motivated.
I fill a 20 oz Tervis tumbler with ice and water and when it's empty I record 2 servings of water, then fill it again. I never let it sit empty and must drink at least 6 of my 8 glasses by 5-6 PM everyday to keep me on track.
