Is a great website with recipes it gives you the calories count and WW points and so far I try 3 recipes and they were delicious I made : Flourless Brownies, Beef stir fry , Thai coconut shrimp yummy.
I have a big glass of water least 16 oz. in every room living room ,kitchen , bedroom so I have no excuse to not drink it .When I leave the house no meter where I go I have a reusable 32 oz. sport bottle with me .At the end of the day is adding up to about 1 gallon in a half.
I use Reddi Wip Original Spray instead Cream in my coffee is less calories 2 tablespoons = 15 cal ,a can last for a long time .Works for me
I use Coconut milk Vanilla flavor for coffee . I don't like just milk in my coffee but this is a great creamy milk it does the trick .I use same one for Oatmeal too .
I make oatmeal and add some sauté onion, carrots, olives and is a nice healthy lunch. You can add what veggies you like .
I mix 1 c of Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of Ranch dip powder mix is a delicious dip good for veggies ,I put it over a bake potato. If you don't like too salty start with 1 teaspoon first,, and add more for you taste.
If you want to double your Oatmeal but use only 1/2 c put 2 c of water in a pot simmer slow after start boiling 5 min.add 2 T flax meal at the end and you have almost double the amount .I add cinnamon and 2 T of light cream and Splenda in mine is delicious.
90 % of the commercials on TV are for Fast food and usually on the evening hours when I should not eat, so I see it coming I close my eyes and don't watched .This helped me Try it may work for you too .
If you use same color all the time ,you can use only 1/2 of the tube of dye and colorant from your Loreal box .I put the rest in fridge until next time .Take it out 3 hours before I use it ,to get room temperature .I color my hair for years and if you do the roots only, you don't need a whole box.
