FORGIVE, FORGET AND FORGE AHEAD!!!

I was eat up with perfectionism--if I couldn't be perfect in sticking to a plan, I just did nothing. WRONG thing to do. FORGIVE, FORGET AND FORGE AHEAD!!! That's my new motto, and it's working.

Can Taking Some Time Off Work?

I have found that if I am not losing as much as normal, if I take a few days off and just eat what I want, then get right back at it, it kind of jump starts my metabolism and I have a better week of weight loss. Has anyone else found this to work for them?

Morning Star Meatless Products

Love the burger grillers,chicken grillers,breakfast sausage patties, & especially the buffalo wings.Mix a little ranch dressing seasoning packet with fat free sour cream & use for dipping. Add celery sticks and yum yum. All Morning Star products tried have been delicious. Lots of protein too.

Exercise In Frequent Short Intervals

I always felt I had to go to a gym and exercise continuously for an hour to get results, and usually ended up doing nothing. Now I exercise in shorter frequent intervals, and find I do more.

Attitude is Everything!!

I have always failed because I would have a bad day and tell myself that since I ate that one bad thing I might as well go ahead and eat everything else I want. Then I would proceed to eat and eat and eat.Now I forgive it and jump right back in where I am, not worrying about the past.
