Easily remove an egg yolk

If you're like me and not supposed to eat the egg yolk (but love eggs), use a turkey baster. Take the rubber portion off, squeeze it, hold it over the yolk, and then stop squeezing. The suction will force the yolk (and only the yolk) into the handle. Voilą! Egg whites! :)

Swap-orrtunity

I love that word SWAPPORTUNITY for making choices.
For me, I am not cray aboout ice cream, but I do love it in the warmer months. So, I choose yogurt like Heavenly Hash vs.
regular ice cream. Quite frankly, I cannot tell much difference! emoticon

Water - keeping track

I often lose track of how many cups of water I've had - was that my 5th or 6th? I put elastics on my LEFT wrist - 8 of them - Every time I have a cup of water I take an elastic off so I have so many LEFT on my wrist. It's an easy visual reminder.

Sleeping helps you lose weight

After daily weighing for a while, I've really noticed that I lose weight after a good night's sleep. So to avoid night time eating, DH & I go to bed earlier. We say, "Off to lose some weight" as we go to bed. I used to hate going to bed, now I am happy to take myself off.
