cocoa covered goji berries

Whilst in a Chinese supermarket, I came across these cocoa covered goji berries, so when I have the urge for something sweet, I just pop a handful of these superfoods.

Put it in your way!

To motivate you to go to the gym, i find that if i pack my bag the night before and leave it right at the front door, so i basically have to fall over it in the morning to get out of the house and then put it in the front seat of the car. I wont forget and i will feel guilty if i dont go to the gym. And think to myself well its packed and its here so i might as well head up to the gym. Thats what helps me to go.
