Reduce weight by steady walking

I have reduced around 8 lbs in 3 weeks from walking alone combined with healthy and measured eating.

What ever time you choose for walking in whole day, but always try remembering that walking should be at a pace which you feel comfortable with and without straining yourself . Gradually after a few days your speed for walking will increase and you will feel and see the difference in your energy level and reduction in weight.

Eat small portions every 2-3 hours if possible

Eating small portions every 2-3 hours is helping me to reduce weight as body does not feel deprived of food this way and it won't go in to starvation mode or slow down metabolism.

When ever I feel hungry between meals , I eat either a carrot or drink a cup of water. In fact before every meal or snack drinking little bit of water helps a lot.

All this combined with steady exercise schedule will definitely help in reducing weight consistently. I am trying walking for 75-90 minutes a day .
