I have found that by reading others' blogs, I not only learn about myself, but learn from them.
When on a tight budget, frozen vegetables are healthy and affordable.
I have found out that saying aloud, putting my shoes on and doing my exercising gets things going.
I use Sundays as ways to tweak my progress. I re-set goals in the teams I am a member of; get out of teams I feel are not working for me anymore; join teams I feel are more directly connected to my needs at that time; and so on.
I was so down that I couldn't build up some kind of exercise streak and then I decided to just walk, just walk. At first it took me a month to do 250 minutes and this month, I did 250 minutes in just 9 days! So, "one step at the time" IS the real thing. It does work.
