Clean blinds!

I have found I LOVVVE using dryer sheets to clean my blinds... its like swifter.. the dust sticks to the dryer sheets and saves time and smells good too!

Paper Clip Chain

I keep a chain of paper clips next to my computer monitor at work. Each paper clip represents one pound lost. They are always front and center to help keep me motivated. I remember to say "No thank you" to the office doughnuts.

I grab my fat

When I want to eat something I don't need, usually a Snickers, I grab my belly fat. I reminds me that I already have a Snickers in storage.
