Farmer's market or grocery store. It is less expensive if you go to the farmer's market and buy bulk but when you can't get to a farmer's market, wash your fruit and vegetable with a vegetable wash to get the same effect as foods without pesticides.

Stair Stepping

I find it easy to walk up four flight of stairs four times if you break it up into twice a day. This exercise tighten you calf muscles and your thigh muscle and decreases the dimples from cellulite in the thighs.
