Start the morning by eating a C Vitamin Fruit, eat greens two times a day (lunch and dinner), and 3 fruits during the day or evening and you will get a success.
When I follow this advice I lose weight, feel better and I stay on track.
Do not live your life in regret. It has helped me a lot to keep the focus on the NOW and the FUTURE. I can't change the past but I can change what I am doing NOW and what I am going to do in the FUTURE.
So go forward because it is there were the stuff is happening :)
