Fruit instead of sweets

I love sweets of all kinds and crave them often, so instead I eat sweet fruit. Cherries, berries, watermelon and banana are good. I know some people do not eat much fruit when they are cutting back but a banana or a small bowl of cherries is better than four cookies or a piece of cake. emoticon
