Wear your 'best' exercise clothes, regardless of where you exercise. If you have only one good outfit wash it more often if needed. Get rid of the old ripped faded baggy clothes and wear something that feels and look goods and makes you feel like an athlete.
Freeze dark or any kind of decadent chocolate you like. I find that if I let the bag just sit in my cupboard I am more apt to just grab piece after piece until I've binged big time. Freezing it not only keeps you from overindulging, but letting it melt slowly in your mouth helps you feel satisfied with less.
They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it truly is for many reasons. Breakfast should be your BIGGEST meal of the day. Plan a breakfast high in protein, carbs, and fiber.
