Here are a few phrases from the poster that I have in my workout room
I follow the rule . . . even if I don't feel like exercising I try for at least 15 minutes and if I still don't feel like it after 15 minutes I quit but more times than most after 15 minutes I keep going and before I know it my workout session is over with. Am I feel happy that I did my workout!!
