Music is the best!!

Sticker Shock

I keep the sticker from my fresh fruit on my shirt all day! Makes me feel good to have 2 or more by the end of the day! If my fruit choice doesn't have a sticker on it, I use star stickers I keep at my desk. And if I see someone else eating fresh fruit, I give them a sticker too! Pass the awesome along.

Water Water Water

Everyone tells you to drink more water. What sometimes gets missed is that plain water gets BORING. Water "infused" with fruit is an awesome change! I use two different 2qt pitchers in the fridge (for variety!) and one has lemon wedges & the other changes every other day; Apple/cinnamon, limes, oranges, cucumber, ect. I like having a variety of flavors to choose from. This has helped me keep my water totals UP UP UP! And I'm down 5lbs!
