Weigh yourself

I have always had a problem weighing myself daily. I know it isn't healthy but I have finally found the solution. I put a sticky note on the dial that has my goal weight on it. Every morning I get on the scale and I always weigh my goal weight. I celebrate reaching my weight loss goal and notice the changes in my body that I might not notice if I paid attention to my actual weight. Then once a week I peel back the sticky note and weigh myself for noting my progress on SP.

Switch it Up

I have a slew of workout DVDs, Netflix and no gym membership so I like to pick out a new workout that I have never tried before. Netflix is a great resource for all different types of workout videos.

Supress the munchies

I find myself wanting to munch late night and have a new way to keep from reaching into the pantry. When I feel like grabbing a late night snack I reach for the medicine chest instead and brush my teeth like always and then apply a tooth whitening gel. I never feel like having a snack after that.
