I had to realize that I am doing this for me, and my health. Not for my husband or kids. I can't just sit and wait until my husband gets motivated, I have to do this now! I have to be accountable to me.
I make sure to always have sugar free gum with me. I have a HUGE sweet tooth...I always needed to have something sweet after each meal. Now I have some gum, and 99% of the time the sweet craving goes away
