Fresh sweet cherries are only 4 calories each! You could eat 25 for just 100 calories. They are filling and easy to eat out of hand as a nutritious snack. They are also great washed and frozen on the stem. On hot days, you can eat them like mini popsicles and spit out the seed!

Can liners always available

I always put about 6 can liners flat in the bottom of my kitchen garbage can before I add the opened liner. I never have to scrounge around for a new liner each time I empty the can. So easy!

Facercise away that double chin

Along with strength and cardio training for my body, I've been doing daily facial exercises with the Facercise video. I've gotten rid of the double chin and jowls that had started to develop. My whole face is feeling and looking more toned. Inexpensive facelift....woo hoo!

I replaced the words "have to" with "choose to" as in "I have to exercise, diet, clean the house etc." to "I choose to exercise, diet, etc. so that I will be healthier and happier". You'll take control of your destiny. Try it in a variety of situations and see how much more empowering it can be
