I work late at night. So, I go to the gym after work (11 pm). No one is there and it helps me clear my mind and get ready for the next day.

Make Meal Groups

When I find a meal that meets all my nutrition goals, I save it as a meal group. But I save it as, LUNCH apple/cracker/pb. It is an easy way to stay on track and know I'm eating right.
