When it comes to exercise, start slow and work your way into it. Try using the 10% principle. Increase your exercise time by 10% one day a week, and then continue to build on it. Before you know it you'll be doing things you never dreamed possible.
You can do more than you ever dreamed possible. Don't listen to what you think you do, but dare to dream and try something difficult. Attack your goal one step at a time, and the day will come when you will be amazed as to what you can accomplish.
Don't allow your focus to be only upon your long range goal. Be sure to enjoy the smaller victories that you experience along the way. Always take the time to spend time focusing upon those who are most important to you.
I find that if I stay with the plan, regardless of the results that I am always better off. Sometimes it doesn't look like I'm making progress at the time, but when I look back I can see that I have. Stay the course!
