Group fitness classes

Sign up for a group fitness class. It's so much easier to workout when an instructor designs the workout / takes the guess work out for you. I'm addicted to my 7am spinning classes!

Always feel better after a workout

When I don't feel like working out, but know I should, I tell myself this: "If you don't feel better after you workout, you never have to do it again." I always feel better after I workout. :)

Treating workouts like appointments

I treat workouts like an appointment, and I schedule them early in the morning. I take spinning classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am, and I swim on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7am. Working out at the same time every day makes it easier to stay on track. Scheduling my "appointments" so early in the morning also ensures that nothing else gets in the way!
