I keep a notebook of things that motivate me and add at least one thing to it daily.

Some pages are collages of pictures I like. Another page has inspirational quotes. I keep a gratitude list and add things I'm thankful for often. I also keep my bucket list in the notebook. There are lots of journaling activities I have done in the notebook as well. I doesn't matter what it is really; if it motivates or inspires me, it goes in the notebook. There is something about a paper journal that makes me feel good.

Track before eating

I track what I eat before I eat it so I know where I'm at with calories. That way if I want a little extra, I can see if I've got the calories for it before I give in and eat it. It's like balancing a checkbook.
