I start my day with prayer, I pray over my food, I pray all during the day, in everything I do. Staying connected to God is what helps me the most. The Devil will not take my Joy!!!

Doing my cardio and yoga on the same day works well. I get hot and ready for yoga by doing the cardio first. I alternate days one day I'll do cardio and yoga and the next day I do strength training. It's working well for me.
